This Promotional campaign is available to all Shaadi.com members who upgrade/renew their membership during this promotional period. Participation in this Promotional campaign implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Promotional campaign mentioned herein below.
This Promotional campaign shall be valid for a period from 12th August 2024 to 31st August 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
All the new premium members and existing members of Shaadi.com on upgrading to a premium membership during the Promotional Period may be eligible to get the following number of Passes for ShaadiLive event.
Gold Membership - 3 Passes enabling the member to attend 3 ShaadiLive events
Gold Plus Membership - 4 Passes enabling the member to attend 4 ShaadiLive events
Diamond Membership - 6 Passes enabling the member to attend 6 ShaadiLive events
Diamond Plus Membership - 7 Passes enabling the member to attend 7 ShaadiLive events
Platinum Plus Membership - 12 Passes enabling the member to attend 12 ShaadiLive events.
Eligibility for the passes to attend the ShaadiLive event is subject to the availability of the matchpool i.e. availability of matches that meet your partner preferences. If there is not enough matchpool, a member may not get a pass to the ShaadiLive event.
As when the required matchpool is available, Shaadi.com shall inform you about the event/s schedule along with the passes. Once the passes are issued, the same shall be valid as long as you are a user of shaadi.com.
ShaadiLive event passess cannot be brought separately.
Participation in ShaadiLive event shall be in conformity with the adherence to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Shaadi.com.
The Passes shall not be transferable/ redeemable against any other products or for cash. Shaadi.com shall not entertain any request on this behalf.
Shaadi.com reserves the right to change/ modify or withdraw the Promotional campaign at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the Promotional Campaign, the decision of Shaadi.com shall be final and binding on all concerned.
Any dispute/ matter arising out of or concerning the Promotional Campaign is subject to the jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone.
Participating in the ShaadiLive events by you/member constitutes permission for Shaadi.com, and its affiliates to click photographs/videos of the events use your name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and marketing without any additional compensation whatsoever.
