This Special Surprise is offered by People Interactive (India) Private Limited ("Shaadi.com") and is open to all the members of Shaadi.com who found their match through shaadi.com ("Member").
To qualify for this Special Surprise the member has to submit their success story to shaadi.com. The selected couple will be intimated and invited by shaadi.com to participate in a video success story to be
created by shaadi.com at a mutually agreed venue, date and time. Cost of such shooting shall be borne by shaadi.com alone.
Shaadi.com reserves the rights to change/ modify the terms and conditions at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
Shaadi.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury etc. that may cause to the person or property occurred during shooting of the video.
The member hereby give your irrevocable consent to Shaadi.com to use the photographs, video of the success story couple, use their name, and comments if any for the advertising and promotional purposes in any media
without any additional compensation or further consent whatsoever from the Member.
This Terms and condition shall be r/w the T&C available at Shaadi Success Story TnC.
This terms and conditions shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone.
