  1. What is Shaadi.com SecureTalk?
    • Shaadi.com SecureTalk is a revolutionary new communication service from Shaadi.com enabling you to talk to your potential partners worldwide using your registered mobile or landline with just a click of a button without actually revealing your number!
  2. How does SecureTalk Work?
    • We use the latest in web enabled telephony ( click-to-call back technology ) to connect members on their registered phone lines (mobile or landline) anywhere in the world, with just a click of a button on a member's profile page.
    • Users add an amount to their prepaid SecureTalk account. A SecureTalk button appears on the member pages they visit. Users can then make telephone calls to member irrespective of where the member lives by clicking the SecureTalk button. The call charges are then deducted from the account.
    • In addition you can receive calls without displaying your number to anyone on Shaadi.com through SecureTalk. Only members whose interest you have accepted will be able to talk to you through SecureTalk. You will be charged for these incoming calls.

  4. Who can subscribe to SecureTalk?

  6. What is call screening?
    • Call screening enables you to screen incoming calls from Shaadi.com members. Before you accept the call you will be presented with a menu, which enables you to either accept or decline an incoming phone call.
  7. How do I install SecureTalk? Do I need any specific PC configuration or hardware?
    • There is no need to install any software or have any specific PC configuration. SecureTalk works through your normal phone lines. All you have to do is subscribe to SecureTalk.
  8. Do I need a special phone to use SecureTalk?
    • No. You do not need any special phone to receive or make SecureTalk calls. Any regular landline or mobile phone can be used for SecureTalk.

  10. How do I recharge?
    • Recharge works similar to subscription. You can add any additional amount you want to your account. You can visit the SecureTalk recharge page here.
  11. What are the different modes of payment for SecureTalk?
    • We currently support only online credit card payments.
  12. How long is the amount in my SecureTalk account valid?
    • SecureTalk balance amount is valid as long as your premium membership is valid. If your premium membership expires, you have until 14 days to renew membership and continue using the balance you had in the account. If you do not renew within 14 days the balance amount in SecureTalk expires.
  13. I could not hear anything don't charge me.
    • Please contact Customer Service with details of the call.
  14. The number did not belong to the person mentioned in the profile. What do I do?
    • Please contact CRM with details of the profile.
  15. I received an abusive call. What do I do?
    • You can block the abusive caller from calling you again. Log in to Shaadi.com and view the SecureTalk home page. View the recent calls and then in the incoming calls, you could block the profile that called you. This will prevent any future calls from the profile.
    • In case you do not know the number of the caller, please contact our customer service with details of the time of the call and your Shaadi.com profile id to block abusive caller.
  16. I get calls from a member whom I don't wish to talk. What should I do?
    • Go to your SecureTalk Home page and then click on incoming calls. Identify the profile and click on "Block" next to the profile. The member will be blocked from calling you.
